Be sure to include any formal or informal drawings, sketches or other visualizations which show locations, dimensions, construction materials, colors and any description for a formal or informal Architectural Committee to visualize the appearance of the proposed project. Accurate and detailed information up front will help expedite your request.
Any submitted drawings or sketches must be to scale and are to include all improvement plans for front, back and side yards of the property. Owners continue to be responsible for obtaining any or all necessary county or city permits for the proposed improvements. Depending on the complexity of the application, the committee reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for recommendations provided by its Architectural consultants and to request additional information as necessary.
